Established in 1993, UAB Fegda was one of the firstprivateroadbuildingenterprisesin Lithuania. In 1995, the shareholders of the company established the branch in Kaunas, which was called UAB Fegda ir partneriai. Comparing with other major road building companies of Lithuania, a special feature of the company was that it was created anew and not by overtaking the technical basis and the market of road building trusts that were under privatisation.

In April 1998, UAB Superfos Fegda was established in cooperation with foreign partners; in 2000 it changes its name to UAB NCC Fegda.

In 2001, in order to consolidate activities of the companies, as well as to streamline their management and to attract more capital for business development, UAB Fegda and UAB Fegda ir partneriai were reorganized and merged to UAB NCC Fegda.

On 4 January 2006, the company changed its name again and became UAB Fegda.

In autumn 1998, a modern asphalt concrete production line of the company AMMANN was assembled and started operating at the production base of the company.

In 2001, the company acquired a quality certificate ISO 9001.

In 2002, UAB NCC Fegda became a member of Lithuanian Road Builders’ Association.

In 2004, a bitumen modification device of AMMANN was installed and started operating. The company pays much attention to pollution reduction and wasteless production.

In 2005, implementation of environmental management system under the international standard ISO 14001.

In 2006, in the production base of Vilnius UAB Fegda opened the second asphalt concrete production line GLOBAL 160 from AMMANN. Its capacity is 160 tons per hour.

In 2008, turnover of the Company exceeded  LTL 200 M. Company produced 192 thousand tonnes of HMAC.
